Stayed here for three nights and had a great time. I wish I could have stayed longer. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Had a living room with a futon couch that could be used as a bed, small dining area, kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom. We were on the second level, so we also had a screened porch with 2 chairs. We walked to several restaurants, gorcery store and other shops. We also ate at the onsite restaurant - Casa Mia. The veal parmegiana was very good - the best I ever had and I have gone to many Italian restaurants. There is something in the bread crumbs that makes it special.

It's Not Too Early to Make Memorial Day Weekend Plans to Escape!

Marco island is always a great place to spend a long holiday weekend- especially Memorial Day weekend- when the weather's warm and sunny but the humidity is still not too high.

Come and kick back with us in our spacious and comfortable suites - decorated with a cottage chic decor reminiscent of Old Florida and Key West. Each hideaway is thoughtfully appointed with a fresh, clean white and beige pallet and select floral accents. Wicker cottage-style furniture tastefully completes the setting for an island atmosphere.  Imagine French doors, private decks, lake views, tropical breezes and blue skies.....

Great rates, too! And be sure to stop at Casa Mia- a terrific Italian Steakhouse witha full bar and a great happy hour- right through our lobby.

This was our 2nd stay at Marco Island Lakeside Inn, and it was as much a pleasure this year as last. It's quiet and clean, peaceful and pleasant. The full kitchen is a convenient feature, and making a fresh pot of coffee first thing in the morning without having to leave your room is sooooo nice. We hope to return next year.

We had a very nice time at this hotel. It is away from all other hotels, actually situated in a neighborhood, which makes the place unique. We rented bikes for the week and were able to get around town with no problem. Very spacious rooms with plenty of seating for our large group of 6 and then had 2 guests over one evening and had plenty of chairs. The kitchen is well appointed and had all the supplies we needed. Deck was awesome and very spacious. Beach is a good distance away, but don't let that stop you.

P.S. Beach is only about 2 miles away, but it can feel longer when you're on a bike!
